RSM Silks Online will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking details
Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies. No deliveries are made on weekends, festivals or holidays.
Once you place your order and the order is packed and handed over to our courier agent, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
US Shipping
This is fulfilled via USPS or Canada Post Tracked Packet – USA or Expedited Parcel – USA , depending on your size. Last mile delivery of US packages are tendered from Canada Post to USPS.
Import Duty and VAT Tax
Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that is imposed by the government and must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. You may or may not be charged but this is beyond the control of RSM Silks Online. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.
In-store Pickup
For in-store pickup, please select the “In-store Pickup” option at check out. There is a $4.99 processing fee unless the order is $49.95 and over. Once the order is ready, you will be contacted. Do not come to the store unless you have received confirmation.
