At this time, we are only shipping within Canada and United States.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard shipping for all Canadian orders $49.95CAD and over. Customers will bare the charge of $9.99CAD on orders $49.94CAD or less. This promotion is subject to change any time.

RSM Silks Online will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking details
Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies. No deliveries are made on weekends, festivals or holidays.
Once you place your order and the order is packed and handed over to our courier agent, you will receive an email with the tracking details and Canada Post website details along with expected delivery date.
Import Duty and VAT Tax
Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that is imposed by the government and must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. You may or may not be charged but this is beyond the control of RSM Silks Online. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.
For in-store pickup, please select the “In-store Pickup” option at check out. There is a $4.99 processing fee unless the order is $49.95 and over. Once the order is ready, you will be contacted. Do not come to the store unless you have received confirmation.
