Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, customer will have the opportunity to contact Customer Service to cancel the order so long as the order is not in a “Shipped” status meaning it has not been packed and shipped. By cancelling the order, the customer assumes the responsibility of any Bank charges or fees resulting in this.

If the order is in a “Shipped” status, orders cannot be cancelled and customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Return Policy

We are committed to offering competitive prices and a no-return, no-exchange policy allows us to maintain effective inventory management. Unless, if it is an error relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you all sales are final. You have 5 days from receiving the item to contact us of any issues, otherwise it will be final sale.

Customers will be granted an exchange only or if returned defective item is “Out of stock”, a credit for the same value will be granted. www.rsmsilksonline.com does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To return a defective item, customer must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The damaged/defective product must be returned unused and unworn, and must have their original tags in place. Failure to do so can result in your return request being rejected. Please be advised that we may request digital pictures of the item and issue in question for internal review to be able to process the request. Our team shall examine the product(s) on return and identify the defects/variation as reported by you. Do not dispatch the defective item(s) before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

RSM Silks Online is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels during shipping. Please make sure you provide the correct address at the time of placing the order.
